Refund policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at frank@sweetskinshop.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
Approved issues will be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
